Guaranteed service is not available in all areas and does not apply to parcels subject to an Additional Handling or Large Parcel surcharge, or exceeding size/weight limits. UPS Ground parcels may on a limited basis be held for one additional day for consolidated delivery with other parcels to the same location. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume. Service to some remote areas may require additional delivery days. Certain commodities and high value shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance.
